Re: Sims Gain Skills Too Fast

I have the same "problem", My child has just hit teenager, and wanted to repair something, so made some knife blocks on the woodworking table... 1st block, 5.5 levels, 3.1 blocks to level ten... that's just ridiculous. I've turned off the Tiny households bonus now, but it's still very silly.  All the childhood skills and aspirations, maxed scout, some mod aspirations, and Tiny household. I'm currently looking for mods to take things back to a reasonable difficulty level... It'd be great if the game had a simple slider for how difficult skills are to level. I'd love it if becoming a master craftsman was a lifelong quest, instead of a week's work.
