Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately this didn't work. I moved my sim into a new household into a really small lot with almost no objects but still my sim wouldn't do any interactions. In the action menu it says the sim is sleeping when I click on the bed but in the game the sim is just standing next to the bed and not sleeping in it. Really weird. I also tried playing with other households but the issue remained the same. I still don't know what the problem is.
@Triximartini This is usually a result of mod issues, not something for Maxis to fix. What happens when you test "vanilla"? Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.

i started even vanilla moving EA folder to the desktop same issue
ppl say its Better exceptions causing this issue.
i deleted it and I still get Last Exception for some reason?
@simmer8890 Better Exceptions can't possible cause this. See my other post to you. Start at Broken/Updated Mods and make sure your complex mods are properly installed following instructions.

@simmer8890 While you have a clean user folder, run a full Game Repair with the EA App so that EA updates your program files for you.
I just incountered this issue has there been any progress on fixing this I took all my mods and CC out and it still is happening
@MisfitBec Are any last exception reports being produced? And are you on the current game version? You might need to have EA verify your files through a Game Repair in the EA App.
