lot of people said its BE. they have the same issue-

@simmer8890 While you have a clean user folder, run a full Game Repair with the EA App so that EA updates your program files for you.
I just incountered this issue has there been any progress on fixing this I took all my mods and CC out and it still is happening
@MisfitBec Are any last exception reports being produced? And are you on the current game version? You might need to have EA verify your files through a Game Repair in the EA App.
- @luthienrising Okay will try a repair, I get one last expectation report each time I load the game, should I delete the mod associated with causing the issue
@MisfitBec Probably? It depends on the report. I'm happy to look at the most recent one (it needs to be from after the patch) if you want to attach the file to a reply.
