@clarkcat2 Which skin-tones are not showing up in your game? Is it the EA base-game skin-tones or is it CC skin-tones? Are you using a CC default replacement skin?

If you are using a default skin replacement, make sure it is compatible with the current game version. I remember many default replacement skins were broken by a patch a few months back, but many of those were updated by their CC creators. That is what happened to me, but fortunately I was able to replace it with an updated version. Also, if it's just one outdated CC file causing the problem, you could try removing it but still keep using your other mods and CC.

I don't work for EA, but I know that while they allow CC and Mods in Sims 4, they do not directly support them. That is up to the CC creators and the players that choose to use CC and mods.
