@z0mkqjz75puf Are you playing with any content in your Mods folder? Many, many , including many not yet listed in the Broken/Updated Mods but that use custom menus, are now outdated. Please test without mods (and delete localthumbcache). See the Mod and CC Issues thread for other tips on managing your mods right now, and other known issues.
