I had the same problems with the menus and ended up going through my mods. I found the three that were breaking my game.
the mods were:
1. TMEX Better Build Buy
2. TMEX T.O.O.L.
3. Tiasha - Sparkle CC Wrench (1.108)

I've updated and taken out broken mods and still cannot figure out what's causing this issue. I've spent 2 days trying to fix it!
Deleted TOOL & BetterBuildBuy plus updated my other mods already. Deleted cache files.
Any ideas what else I can try?
mine is also extremely broken, removed all my mods and the UI is completely destroyed. no interfaces will open, notif wall, settings menu etc. i have to force close the game via task manager every time. nothing will fix it. this update has completely destroyed the entire thing.. so frustrating
I've discovered my issue lies within my "CAS folder" in mods, something in there was causing the issues. I just have no idea which CC file it is 😢

@BarbSimzThePancake More Traits Mod. Somehow there was an older version still lurking around. Even after I downloaded the newer version.
So all my CC is fine. The only Mods that I have broken were TwistedMexi TOOL & BBB - waiting on those updates. Spent the last 2 days checking over Scarlet's List and Ravasheen to update and delete anything broken/obsolete.
Me to the event, holiday and party ui is broken. Tried doing the new event and a task was to go to the park in Willow Creek, went there no ui apart from the panel in the top right and bottom right, nothing else, went to manage worlds, back screen with top right ui. I exited to game wothout saving to be safe. Someone help I'm scared to reopen the game.
My current mods folder I'm pretty sure they're all up to date:
magic_dabs64 See those files that aren't package or ts4script files? Those look like the original folders you downloaded before you extracted the files. Delete those Zip folders, delete localthumbcache, and try again.
