When you first open the game, before loading a save - do you get a pop-up listing what custom content you have installed?
Although - interesting note - I hadn't tried to turn my cc/mods on since the HSY patch because I couldn't get the non-modded game working well enough to bother, but when I tried just now to give you a screenshot... my game actually didn't show the pop-up.
The weird thing is it never shows it, I do have it turned on and I don't think my sims is bugged since I got it like 3 days ago now.
- @noelrosess To be sure I understand right, You don't have any cc at all in your game that you put into your game ? Does it also not work for build mode stuff ?
Still bit unsure what you mean by locked. That filter item is not ticked. Locked items are usually items you need to unlock through gameplay (like for a certain career or skill). None of the items you are showing are locked ones, they're just standard base game items. Sorry it's kinda unclear I don't really know how to explain so let me try. I downloaded a few cc's but when I go to content it should say a button with custom content (CC) but you can only see locked content. (Also building CC's)
So technically yes thats the case
@crinrict @noelrosess My understanding is you’re opening the content filter, where you expect there to be an option to filter by CC, but because it doesn’t seem to have been successfully installed the only filter there is for locked content.

Have you figured out the problem yet?? My sims is currently doing that after I've re installed it.
@ikylie123 Could you please clarify which things you're seeing and which you're not? Are you just not seeing CC?
