When I try to open custom content clothes it only shows locked items.

@noelrosess To be sure I understand right, You don't have any cc at all in your game that you put into your game ? Does it also not work for build mode stuff ?

Still bit unsure what you mean by locked. That filter item is not ticked. Locked items are usually items you need to unlock through gameplay (like for a certain career or skill). None of the items you are showing are locked ones, they're just standard base game items.
