Realm of Magic: Dueling Master Perk Bug

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.55.108.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Expansion Packs Game Packs: Realm of Magic, Jungle Adventure, Vampires, Dine out, Spa Day, Outdoor Retreat Stuff Packs: My First Pet, Bowling Night, Fitness, Vintage Glamour, Romantic Garden, Movie Hangout, Perfect Patio, Luxury Party All Free Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Spellcaster dueling, with the spellcaster perk: Master Duelist
What happens when the bug occurs? Not only is my Sim losing duels more often since obtaining the perk, but any supposed "increased rewards" have ammounted to a lemon and some common brooms
What do you expect to see? I am expecting to win duels, if not frequently, more often--which is not happening.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Whenever my Sim dueled prior to obtaining this perk, odds of winning were fairly random I felt, or dependent on skill but after getting the perk my Sim is losing duels 99% percent of the time and even with the common rabble milling about the Magic Realm that he could previously defeat frequently.

    Thanks for the tip, cycled through my mods and it seems MCCC is causing an issue. Don't know how, or why, but when I have it active dueling becomes genuinely random with very little chance of victory even with the final magic perk in the dueling tree. Without the mod, however, chances of winning are greatly improved.

    @HalatmaI'm not using MCCC but my virtuoso sim with all perk rewards keep losing from other lower ranked sims in duel. He wins 0/5 with other lower ranked sims. My virtuoso sim used to defeat all Sages before, but NOT ANY MORE.  Now my other master spellcaster keeps losing 5 times in a row from Tomax Collette. It's unbelievable. I use only certain simple bug fix mods only. I might need another mod for fixing this if there is.
