Relaunch the sim4 game

@Pb7697Ab02 Hi. There are a number of different things going on here.

One is that if you make certain changes to a mod's setting from in-game many of those setting may require restarting the game in order for them to take effect. MC Command Center has several settings like this, for example. If you have mods/CC set to "off" in your Game Settings and turn that "on", you also need to restart the game for the mods/CC to be seen.

Another possible issue is that you have OneDrive running to sync your Documents folder. OneDrive and Sims 4 really don't get on well -- it likes to reset you to your previous state, and you don't want that. Unsync OneDrive.

A third issue can be forgetting to delete the file called localthumbcache when you remove a mod. It holds cache that can affect mod function.

@Pb7697Ab02 Baldness is a separate issue. It can happen because you have "broken" (outdated") CC that's no longer compatible with the game. Most often, though, it happens if you save the game without mods/CC "on" -- and then all the Sims you had CC hair end up bald.

My advise it to ⚽ make sure that you don't have any syncing software running on your Documents folder, then 🏈 test your mods in batches on a *new* save, not your regular one, to find which ones aren't working. For hair, I advise not using files more than about two years old -- a lot of old ones are broken.
