Ugh this has been an ongoing exhausting issues that whenever I download a new mod it end up messing up the game. The typicals are my sims being bald, being unable to play the game unless I "relaunche...

@Pb7697Ab02 Baldness is a separate issue. It can happen because you have "broken" (outdated") CC that's no longer compatible with the game. Most often, though, it happens if you save the game without mods/CC "on" -- and then all the Sims you had CC hair end up bald.
My advise it to ⚽ make sure that you don't have any syncing software running on your Documents folder, then 🏈 test your mods in batches on a *new* save, not your regular one, to find which ones aren't working. For hair, I advise not using files more than about two years old -- a lot of old ones are broken.
