Remove Custom Profile Poses

So I am have been using poses for the last couple of months, but something I downloaded completely changed all the profile pictures of my sims in both "manage households" as well as when you click on a household in world view. I completely took out my mod folder from my game and the problem still persists. How do I make this go back to normal?
