So I was downloading some mods and they said to add that text to the resource.cfg file. So I opened the file in notepad to add the text and now the file is showing up as a notepad and its just called ...

When I install mods, do I keep it in the same file as the resource.cfg? Or do i have to addd it to the file itself?
