Restaurant customers won't regconize being served and thus won't leave

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.100.147.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open owned restaurant and start serving customers.
What happens when the bug occurs? Customer Sims don't register getting served despite already eaten the dishes, most manage options greyed out as if the customers never gotten their order. Thus they eventually lose their ratings for waiting too long and will never pay nor leave.
What do you expect to see? Customer registered as served so they could pay the bills and leave.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
