im now getting the same issue too. it is a mod as ive turned them off and it works. i dont have carl's dine in. would anyone else know which mod is causing this issue??
Pixxieeeee Could be a number of different mods that affect Sim generation. Start with Previously Broken mods and CC and Broken/Updated Mods & CC
