S4S Question - Do I need these specific batch fixes?

If you don't have the CC they mention in the name of the batch fix you do not need to run it.
Patch 1.91.205.1020 did fix the fashion tags error

A quick tip: If you use 3D lashes or default cc remember to remove them from your Mods folder before running any backup.
