Same mod but behaving differently on two computers

So I have the exact same mod folder on two computers. I have the explore mod and on one computer it works as intended. But on my laptop when the sim came back from exploring they got a volunteer buff ...

Are both your Computer and Laptop using the same updated version of the game and the latest version of the Mod? Is that your only Mod? Are all the Mods the same on both? (That's all I got.)
