@JINXEDFOXY What folder is the game using? Please use the guide I posted earlier to find out, then put your content in that folder.
I posted it above. It says it's on OneDrive (which is C: ) I don't want my game there. I have a folder for it on my D drive which is where it was when it was working.
I don't even know what happened because all I did was put a CC in different mod folders because they weren't showing up in the game.

@JINXEDFOXY Right, so if you put files in a folder that the game isn't reading, the files won't show up.
It sounds like the easiest approach here would be to move the location of Documents to D, which is supported by Windows. You should only do this if D is an internal drive.

If you don't want to do that, or D is an external drive, you'll need to temporarily disable OneDrive, launch the game once to make sure it uses a different folder, then use a symbolic link to point the Sims 4 folder to the location you want to use on D.

Of course nothing is ever easy for me lol! I tried that. I moved my documents to the D drive, but the location still says OneDrive. I went to the Iocation section to move it that way like the link says. So I tried again and it told me it "Can't move the folder because there is a folder in the same location that can't be redirected" I then deleted the folder in D drive to try again and every time I do it comes back. (if that makes sense)
Sorry this is dragging on. I feel so stupid and hopeless!

@JINXEDFOXY If you completely disable OneDrive, as in, you're not signed in and OneDrive isn't showing up as accessible, then you launch Sims 4, which folder does it start using? You may need to create a new save or take a screenshot in order for it to reset.
