Screen gets pulled whenever a sim spawns on my lot

Whenever a friend spawns on my lot or a sim comes back from work or school the screen is pulled to wherever they spawned at. I'm also noticing a yellow dot on the calendar after every load screen and...

Plllllease fix this or let us know of a fix. I have not played in a week because this last update broke EVERYTHING.
