Screen goes to the next floor
when i am build mode, if i get too close to the lot the game just sends my screen up to the next floor. if you know what im talking about, how do i fix or avoid this?

This is the default behaviour of the camera. Use the up and down arrows to switch down to a lower floor and it won't jump around so much.
What are you trying to do? If it's take screenshots you can now use the cinematic camera in BB mode, just hit the Tab key.
