Script call failed
I updated and repaired the game, but when playing with mods on I get the error "script call failed" when placing countertops and couches, all have been deleted from my game. If I shut off custom content it works.

hotgirlh1ppie Check your non-"teen"-rated mods for updates at the creator's site. This is a known issue for an outdated one. Those aren't supported here, so I can't tell you which one.
Did you try actually removing or renaming the Mods folder and deleting the file called localthumbcache? And have you checked all 18+ mods for updates? Because your symptoms can be fixed by updating the 18+ mod that causes this error. And it sounds like you haven't actually updated that mod. However, it's not a mod supported here.
