Try changing the graphics settings and see if that helps. If you have a laptop, try testing with laptop mode on. and laptop mode off, amd see if one of the laptop modes helps.
I have all my graphics settings on high :(
Try lowering the graphics settings and see if the issue remains,
Make sure that you have the latest version of the cc,
