Every time I want to search up something to buy in build mode, the search bar will freeze up and then crash my game once I type one letter in. This has been going on for a couple of months now and it is really frustrating. I do have mods/cc but they are all up to date and work perfectly. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.

@FnafGeek101 If it works without them, then you need to figure out if there's a conflict between the mods that you are using or if there's a bug with the updated versions.
Try 50/50 to find out which mod/cc is causing the crashes.
I updated my mods the ones mentioned in there are updated. Yesterday I went into the game without my mods on and it worked i could search but it crashes when my mods are on. And yes I delete my localthumbcache file I do that all the time. And I repaired my game already.
@FnafGeek101 Have you removed the mods mentioned in the LE ? There's several in there.
Does it happen at all if you move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the localthumbcache file then test on a new save game (or a backup of your save) ?

It's going to boil down to a bad mod file somewhere. It either needs to be updated or removed. @OreoPrince50113 is right. I went through the same thing. I had to filter through my mods, bit by bit, before I found the culprit. Once I got rid of it, the game no longer had crashing issues.
Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
