Set game time box pops up

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure how.
What happens when the bug occurs? A box saying "Set Game Time" (Input your desired value from 0 to 23 - Please note that you can only skip time forward) pops up randomly
What do you expect to see? The box not popping up at all?

That looks like the UI Cheats Extension pop-up. Do you have this mod? Are you right-clicking anywhere around the time/fastforward/pause buttons before it pops up?
