Sim 4 not able to able/disable whims

Hiiiii

so unfortunately after a recent update my whims have gone bye bye, I know there’s an option to disable or able them buuuuut, there’s literally no box or option to pick. It goes, social menus, wants and fears, build mode grants items, and life styles. No whims! I’ve taken out alll mods and did a new save and nope. 

someone help pls lol

    @CrystalMystique whims were replaced by want and fears quite a few updates ago. So I'm sorry, but the new 'bubbles' are now wants, not whims ;-)

    i have the same issue, no bubbles whatsoever. it doesnt show any wants/whims, only fears in the trait section. ive "repaired" my game, uninstalled mods, tried a different save, and disabled then enabled wants and fears and they still arent back. what else can i do?
