My main sim cannot click on other females to interact with them, she can only click on and interact with males. Pie menu also doesn't show up when I click the sim herself (probably because she is also female). This happens with and without mods. She is the only sim with the issue, all other sims are fine.
I’m also having this exact issue and I play with mods/cc.

Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.
Hi, thank youcrinrict for your reply. I tried this and found out it wasn’t a save issue. The issue was with a mod I had recently updated so it’s working now that I deleted it! The mod that was causing the issue was by UTOPIA.
