@MinajSimmerr Thanks for sharing those screen grabs! Once you took out the mods/CC did you also delete the localthumbcache.package file located in the Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 folder before opening the game for testing?
In the screen grabs you shared, I see that your sim is celebrating a Halloween-like holiday. Are you also not seeing intro options on non-holidays? Not that it should matter, but I'm just trying to rule out other factors.
Of course! And yes I did remove that & deleted all other cache. And yes even on non-holidays I can only do celebrity interactions

@MinajSimmerr Okay. Thanks so much for the information! This is a real head-scratcher because I'm not able to replicate the issue. I know you said you already tried a game repair but I wonder if you could try to repair the game again. Sometimes these issues can be fixed with more than one or multiple repairs. In the meantime, I will do some more research and also check with friends to see if there is something I'm missing.

@MinajSimmerr Could you check your Documents > Electronic Arts > saves folder for any mod related folders? Perhaps there may be other folders that retain mod-related data? Maybe check all your EA folders and move out anything that appears to be mod-related to your desktop before testing the game again.

Yup I had two mod related folders, i took them out.. I'm repairing my game & trying again now

Tried repairing & still no ): It is kind of weird though, I don't have wicked w***** or any mods installed, but when i open my household there are about six sims outside the house that are all named " w***** wh*ms do not remove".

@MinajSimmerr Ugh! It's terrible that the intro issue isn't fixed after all that. One friend did suggest that the sim could be corrupted somehow. Perhaps you could try saving the household to your library and then loading them in a mod-free save. When you save the household, they will keep all their money, skills, and levels when added to a new game but they won't keep inventory items or relationships outside of the household. It might be a good way to test if your save or your sim might be corrupted somehow, if your celebrity has the intro options in the new save. Before creating the new save, make sure all mods and mod-related folders are moved out of The Sims 4 folders. Also, you probably want to delete the localthumbcache file again.
As for those sims you mentioned ... there are certain features of that mod, when enabled, that create NPC sims to fill specific roles or may assign roles to existing sims. When the mod is removed, those roles no longer exist. I have no idea why they all show up at my sims' door like that though. However, it's possible that the game doesn't know what to do with these unfulfilled sims since their roles were removed, so they just spawn at your lot when loaded. I don't think it should have any impact on your game though. When it happens for me, they usually leave the lot fairly quickly. And, if you do create a new mod-free save, those roles (and rando NPCs) will never have existed.
