@lucylucyhd check if you have a Bienchen "Bike Outside" mod, it breaks the pie menu of bikes and automomous interactions with them, the author removed it from his mods list (hope in order to update it later), maybe you have an old version somewhere, you can safely remove it, sims keep riding their bikes from kitchen to lavatory anyway
