"Sim can't sleep while insomniac!"

So before you ask any questions, yes, I do have mods. I've always had mods, there's been some bugs from time to time, but this has never happened before. It's happened twice now in the same hour, and both times it happened when I was trying to interact with my bees. What happens is all of a sudden, my sim can't do ANYTHING. She can't vacuum, she can't sleep, interact with her bees, cook, she can not do ANYTHING, when I mean anything, I mean that she can't even "go here." Whenever I click on anything and hover my mouse over to do it, the option is grayed out, similar to if your sim was too tense to do something, but instead it says "sim can't sleep while insomniac," even thought what I'm doing has nothing to do with sleep. To make matters worse, when I enter build mode when this is happening, and I click back on live mode, it then disappears as if i clicked the button, but then all the other buttons on the top such as camera, build mode, even the three little dots to save and exit the game are greyed out, and clicking them does nothing, and the only way to close the game after that is to use my keyboard to open control manager, and then force close the program. I guess I could just NOT enter build mode, but even despite that last part, I have no idea how to fix the "sim can't sleep while insomniac" situation that makes my sim just completely useless and unable to do anything.
