sim does not have romantic options

Hello, 

I am trying to play a generational sim with a serial romantic aspiration, but no matter what I do she is unable to have any romantic interactions with any sim, I got concerned that it was the whole game so i checked the rest of the members of the family and everyone even her twin is fine. i do have mods but I have already tried uninstallng them and checking and she still does not have the option. 

PLEASE HELP
