Sim glitches when I take off clothes

Any time I take off my sim’s clothing (so that they would usually be in their underwear) or go into tattoo mode, they glitch and their body leaves the chat. Do y’all have any idea what mod might cause this? I’ve re-installed more columns and UI cheats, so they’re not the problem.
