Sim Icons Displaying Without CC

I'm not sure what the official word for this is— the small bust of a sim that shows up in the relationship panel/in the UI for things like the pose player, Wonderful Whims, etc. The main left-corner icon and the little CAS/household icons are completely fine. 

Accidentally downloaded a mod requiring a game pack I don't have, did a bit of fumbling with a copy of my save before realizing the obvious. But now, in the original save, the icons for my played sims (ONLY these two played sims) display without any CC. Making them bald, naked, etc. 

I'm wondering if there's a way to force these to reset or something? Modifying the sims in CAS didn't work. I have MCCC and Wonderful Whims if either of those have a built-in functionality.
