Sim still stuck after resetting sim
My sims keep getting stuck, the actions aren’t processing and she’s just stuck. I have MCCC and used that to reset my sim which it stops what she’s doing when she crashes (drinking a plasma pack) but...

@wellaxo This seems to happen to my sim a lot - game continues but sim is stuck even after resetting and won't do any ordered actions (they just sit in the queue). After a reset the sim may move as if okay but then just stops stuck instead of starting action.
If this is the same as is happening to you then the easiest way I have found to fix it is to force a loading screen.
Easiest way is go to edit world without saving and go back to your sims lot. The sim will work again and game clock resets to the point they became stuck. This even clears the issue of them stuck at work if that's when the crash occurred.

This has been making me want to demand a full refund from EA. They keep putting out packs for people to buy but won't fix the game. There's pathing issues, blocking issues, opening/closing build or photo mode causes even more FPS issues than normal play, every baby that is aged up gets stuck on you forcing you to OPEN Build mode to drop the bassinet on them to separate them, and worst of all this issue with queues not loading. My sims will stand in front of the bassinet of a crying baby just staring, or a kid I'm trying to disciple walks off and gets away with it, or I try to cancel an action that will take me away from my current objective and it stays in queue and acts on it making the sim go all the way up or down stairs or a ladder before saying oh I didn't need to do that, then ending up looping that a few times. So sick of having to pause the timer or pause to options menu before every action hoping its one of the times that will actually fix it. I'm on console so no mods. Its just the game that rapidly overheats my PS4 and external HD even though games with more detailed graphics and much higher action don't.
