sim wont use the phone and it crashes
So I installed a new expansion pack (dogs and cats) and I noticed that after starting only one sim does not use the phone and resets itself every time I try to "travel". And sometimes the game crashe...

thank you for your advices! I finally found out that it was a single sofa that was not making my sim work properly. Evidently it was conflicting with the game after buying the new package. it was a very long job since I have many cc and mods but in the end with a lot of patience I did it. thanks for the reply and for the advice
