Simology panel not showing up and messing up the game

Hello! I don’t know if I am the only person who is experiencing this issue but I cannot open the simology panel. I had gotten rid of the mod that overrides it and it hasn’t gotten back to normal. When I do press on it, it bugs out my game where I can’t click on the other things such as the other panels, calendar, build/buy, etc. Also it does not even let me leave my lot. But I still can control my sim such as making them watch tv, go on the computer, etc. 

I cannot save my progress even when I do the hot keys to do so. I even took all of my mods/CC out of my folder and tested every single one. Even making a whole new sim 4 file, repairing, deleting and redownloading the game.
