Sims 4 - Bug Report [July 27 2022]

Okay so, im pretty bad at explaining so i'll do the best i can here to get the best help while everything's still buggy and all, anyways i remove most of the buggy mods that arent working at the moment.

Then i launch my sims again to play a "test household" to test bugs and stuff so i dont ruin any of my current saves (I backed up my saves dont worry) I try to play the test household and it just takes me back to the world menu, so i try to play a random household (The BFFs) And it gives me an error and brings me back to the world menu again.

Does anyone know a solution? are cc and mods the problem and do i have to remove them?
Or is it from the buggy update? please let me know

For anyone wondering, i got the sims off of steam if thats relevant

    I was unable to load any game with mods installed after updating TS4 and mods. After deactivating mods game played super buggy but playable.

    okay, thanks for telling me lol, i figured it wasn't true cuz they wouldve made a big statement about it on their website at the very least and i couldn't find that anywhere

    @idk_eagle Mods need updating with every patch. LOADS are broken.

    If you have an issue, you need to try without mods to figure out if it's a mod issue. If it works without mods, you need to figure out which of your mods are broken and need updating.

    Then you update your mods and remove the ones that are broken and not updated.

    I just had this same exact problem happen to me today. I did the 50/50 method with all my mods becaue even after updating all of them it was still doing this to me. Did some more research and found out that some of the Sim Realist mods like Private Practice and Organic are broken. Just those two...and I had them all in one folder. As soon as I deleted those two from the folder, the game worked perfectly fine for me. Hope they update these soon and hopefully this works for you if you have that mod!
