@Julianarok69 Unfortunately, I don't play Sims 4 on our PS4. However, my son has, and I just consulted with him about this. He said that he had this happen with his Sim once and this was his memory of how it works: The PS4 makes a new autosave when your Sim dies, and it overwrites its previous autosave with this new autosave. So at that point your autosave option is only the one with the dead Sim... and the only option you have for rolling back to a previous save is if you made previous manual saves.
Tagging my fave console expert helper to see if she has info to add or correct in what I just said. @PoptartJuniper
Good luck! 🍀
@Julianarok69 What @SheriGR said is correct for console. You can only force close the game and reload a previous manual save from the "load game" menu.
If Grim keeps getting stuck, you can try travelling to the lot the dying sim is on with a different household (before they die) and seeing if grim behaves like he should. Or travel with the dying sim and another household member before the death starts to another lot.
Make manual saves often on console, and back anything important up on a USB.
