@CrescentRose88 Have you tried starting with a new Sims 4 folder? If not, please do so now: go into Documents > Electronic Arts and move the Sims 4 folder to the desktop, which will allow the game to create a new one the next time it loads. Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved, but don't add anything back until you've tested a(nother) new save.
If this doesn't help, please let me know whether your computer runs Windows or macOS, and if the latter, whether your Mac has an Intel or M1/M2 processor.
