Hello, I'm having the same issue as well. I've tried everything. I've done all there has to be done and it still doesn't work. Hopefully you can find what happened because this is truly frustrating.

Which of the many ovens are you using?@Gagea25 Yes, it happens with different stoves. I’ve even tried to remove any CC stoves and replace them with Sims stock stoves in-game.
@kad4610 @shannettethomas Please test with no mods or CC to see if that's your issue. Exit Sims 4 then drag your Mods folder to your desktop. Then delete the file called localthumbcache from Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If you think you might accidentally forget to exit without saving after testing, copy your Saves folder to your desktop too, to back it up. Now open Sims 4 and see if you still have the problem. If you don't, you can start the process of figuring out what from your Mods folder was causing it.
- @Gagea25 Pretty much all my ovens. I can use the stove but cannot use the oven to bake deserts. All my mods are updated.
@shannettethomas 🤞 I hope we do too! I just want to be able to make a birthday cake again so my sims can stop getting the “Forgotten Birthday” Sad moodlet.
