On the discharge option, that option doesn't have anything to do with unlocking rewards. It is earned by spellcasters as they gain power and are able to use magic points to buy perks. It's a first-tier perk. Once you have it, it will disappear or grey out if you use too much magic in a short timeframe and get near overcharging. You can monitor where your magic use level is in the needs panel via the big circle at the top of the panel. As long as you stay in the blue and light orange, you can still discharge but if you let the level in the circle get too high, you can't discharge until it comes down on its own by not using magic for a while. Also, after you use the discharge option, it has a cooldown that keeps the option greyed out until a certain amount of time has passed before you can discharge again.

The Dishcharge option isn't showing up at all, even when I haven't used it in days.

Hi @PrincessKaoru Could you test without mods just in case one is interfering with that UI? (Just don't save!)
