Sims 4 Better Exceptions Part Error

I have updated all of my script mods, removed all duplicates and all broken mods. I've removed LE and the LocalThumbCaches Multiple times. I'm still getting this issue. I can entire worlds and create...

The error does not happen when I remove all mods.
