Sims 4 broke all my mods??

[PLEASE HELP NEEDED] Hello! so 2 days ago i  updated my game to the newest version, just like base game update sometimes it will broke your mods, right? I'm aware and backup all my mods before updating. At first when i try to re-add all the mods, my Sims 4 would crashed at the loading screen (the Sims 4 logo). Then i tried to delete and update some of the mods, and my Sims 4 run perfectly fine.

But then, yesterday when i tried to play Sims 4 again the game would always crash like before. So i did all methods to fix the game such as the 50/50 method, moving the Sims 4 folder to create fresh Sims 4 folder, repair my game but nothing is working. I keep trying to fix it until today but nothing changed, the game just won't open. Then i try to re-add the mods one by one just to see which mods is causing the game to crash. Turns out, every single mods that i have is broken. So i experimented by adding mod that i never add in my game (this mod  is the newest version, it got updated yesterday) but the result is the same, crash.

 The weird thing is, my other Sims 4 that i have in another device (is older AND slower than this one with the issue) with the same version and the same mods, working perfectly fine with no crash issue like this device i currently use. Both of my devices is capable of running Sims 4, so i don't think the issue is the device itself (?).

So, right now i don't have ANY mods installed. I really love Sims 4 and all the mods that i had and play with mods everyday. playing the game without mods feels boring to me. what causes my game to be like this? and what other method that i can try to fix my game?
