Sims 4 broke, error code when launching household

I have been facing this issue for almost 24hours now, I was playing with a household and went to travel and this is where the issue started. My Sims 4 game launches fine, however, when i click a household to play as it takes me to loading screen as usual and then gives me an on screen message with an error code, this exact one 'The game failed to load. Error Code:110:f3cd3c7a:15a9bb00. It is recommended you relaunch your game.' I have relaunched my game numerous amounts of times, took my mods out and added one by one (my game was still broke with 0 mods), uninstalled EA app and The Sims 4 reinstalled and I still have the same issue, repaired the game in EA, cleared my cashe and many troubleshooting steps from EA help team. Nothing seems to be working, just wondering if this has ever happened to anyone else as it seems to be a technical issue with either EA or the Sims4 game itself, if anyone has any advice also id really appreciate it!
