I'm not sure any of Pandasama's mods require the Mood Pack in the first place (I know Realistic Childbirth doesn't), but in any case it sounds like a Sim was in a modded mood when you saved and the game doesn't know what to do without it. AFAIK Lumpinou cleared the Mood Pack for the patch, so you can try putting that back in and see if the game loads?
In any case while this patch has plenty of problems and shouldn't have been released in such a state, this particular issue is your mods.
