Sims 4 bug/glitch

My sims 4 sims keep glitching/bugging when they do a certain interaction with each other and when they use a phone they keep doing the same thing and when they pick up a plate , they glitch and drop ...

    Hi @MissKhy,

    Are you currently using any mods/CC?

    If so, please try moving your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Once you've done that, test the game.
    If it works normally, check for updates to your mods/CC. You can then add them back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
