Sims 4 cas glitch

I haven't really opened sims since mid February about right before the update then I went on it and my car was all messed up and it won't let me remove items from my sims even if I click the x to remove the entiree category. I've looked through all my moms and deleted more columns and all the other mods people said it could be but it still won't let me take stuff off. I have quite a bit of mods so it would take pretty long to sort through every single thing but I just don't know what's casing this. I checked the forum saying all the broken mods and im pretty sure I updated/ deleted all the broken ones to. Is anyone having the same problem or know how to help? Thanks.
