Sims 4 cas taken forever and my phone is not showing up🤯🤯

I restarted Sims again at the many months I have no cuz not a lot of custom content on mods on my game and half the mods are updated but my Cas is taking forever and I cannot find my Sims cell phone ...

Meccamecca20  Please test with no mods or custom content, as in, move the Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package.  You don't need to save your progress.  Just let me know which problems, if any, are still present.
