Sims 4 CC CAS problems

What happens when the bug occurs? There's no sexual orientation panel/there's additional checkmarks i don't know the origins of
What do you expect to see? Sexual orientation panel

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?
Hey! When I open cas, all is well and normal, there's no UI glitches or bugs, except the entire sexual orientation panel isn't there. Maybe it''s somewhere else? Additionally there are extra options, such as does this sim have breasts etc. These aren't bg obviously. I'm certain it's mod related, but honestly I don't know which mod/cc would cause this. I've updated all the main ones, WW, MCCC, UI cheats. Basically what I'm asking, is does anyone know what mod might cause this problem? I've got so many, I know it's frowned upon the less vanilla you play lol but it's how i have fun. When I disable all mods, the problem is solved, but of course i'd rather not play with zero cc.
