Sims 4 cc problem

Hi, so I downloaded a cc tattoo for the sims 4. It shows up in the list where you can see all the custom content at the start of the game but not in the actual game when I want to use it.

Does anyone had a similar problem or knows how to fix this? Or is the tattoo maybe in a different category? I looked through all and wasn't able to find it.
