Sims 4 clothes not showing up on Sims
For some reason, all of them are naked. But when I go to Create A Sim, the CC is there in the columns and I can still customize them and make new characters, but the outfits that I've already created...

Did you look for any meshes that might be required for them to appear? Do you have CC enabled in your preferences? Did you unzip them from any.rar or.zip files and then place the package files in your My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods at this site?
Could you give me an example of a piece of CC you downloaded (the name of it) and where you put it? So I can check to see if it appears in my game or if something is missing? 🙂
